We have the Celts to thank for inventing salted caramel. The Bretons of Northwest France have been gleefully chewing salted caramels for centuries. Salt is a flavour enhancer and it really works its magic on the buttery, nutty, malty caramel. 

 

Indulge in three sponge tiers with generous layers of caramel buttercream. Topped with icing, Salted Caramel Macarons and an optional plaque with a personal message. Plus look out for our secret component that adds even more delicious salty sweetness.

Collection Information

Online orders must be made at least seven days in advance. If you are working to a tighter schedule, please phone the bakery to see if we can accommodate you. The product will be ready for collection after 11.30am on the agreed date and must be collected that day.

Your cake will be made ready to collect from our Hellesdon Bakery. Cake collections are available Monday - Friday. We will notify you by e-mail on the day to let you know when your cake is ready. Our bakery is open 8am - 4pm.
