Online orders must be made at least seven days in advance. If you are working to a tighter schedule, please phone the bakery to see if we can accommodate you. The product will be ready for collection after 11.30am on the agreed date and must be collected that day.

Your cake will be made ready to collect from our Hellesdon Bakery. Cake collections are available Monday - Friday. We will notify you by e-mail on the day to let you know when your cake is ready. Our bakery is open 8am - 4pm.

Serving sizes (as a amount for a dessert, the cakes will serve larger numbers as a smaller wedding sized portion)

6 inch cake - serves 8-10 people
8 inch cake - serves 12-14 people

10 inch cake - serves 15-20 people

12 inch cake - serves 22-24

Cake Description

We have the Celts to thank for inventing salted caramel. The Bretons of Northwest France have been gleefully chewing salted caramels for centuries. Salt is a flavour enhancer and it really works its magic on the buttery, nutty, malty caramel.
